Our Story
Building Capital began in 2012, and has since built and sold several student housing projects in Ontario. We’ve also branched into more regular residential real estate.
In our 10th year, we created Building Capital Ventures to manage our existing angel investments in pre-Series A businesses across the world.
Raison D’Etre
We exist to deliver strong returns by investing directly into opportunities, while charging fairly and clearly. It’s that simple.
Put differently, we are not into mediocre returns with complicated and blistering fees. No thanks. We don’t play in that space.
